We process your data in order to conduct a recruitment for the position indicated in the announcement for the period of duration of recruitment, not longer than 1 year and when you expressed consent for participation in future recruitments for the period of 5 years since the end of a calendar year, in which you apply.
Your personal data indicated in Labor Code or in other detailed acts (pursuant to the requirements of the announcement) is processed by us on the basis of legal provisions and providing it is necessary to participate in the recruitment. Other personal data (for example an image) is processed pursuant to your voluntary consent, which you expressed while sending to us your recruitment notification and providing it has no influence on a possibility of participation in the recruitment.
We may process your personal data included in the recruitment notification also in order to establish, sue or defend against the claims if the claims refer to the recruitment held by us. For that purpose, we will process your personal data on the basis of our legally grounded interest, standing for establishing, suing or defending against the claims in a proceeding before courts or state authorities.
You are entitled to access your data, including to obtain its copies, correct data, demand to erase it, limit processing, bringing an objection against processing and transferring provided data (for processing of which you expressed consent) to other data administrator. You are also entitled to bring a complaint to the supervisory authority. The withdrawal of consent remains without influence on compliance with the right to process which was performed pursuant to the consent before its withdrawal.
Additionally, we may store your personal data for establishing, suing or defending against the claims related to the recruitment process for the period of past due claims.
We don’t submit your personal data outside European Economic Area.
